When a retail lease ends, a shop closes, or a refit begins, the contents need to leave fast. We clear from a single display unit to a multi-floor retail space: carry from the premises, dismantle where needed, and remove everything in one visit.
ERZ kerbside collection serves residential households — not shops, kiosks, or boutiques. There is no Sperrgutmarke system for commercial premises. We price by volume and fixture type, work around your handover date, and can leave the unit broom-clean or arrange a professional handover clean through Züriclean.
Full retail strip-out: built-in and freestanding fixtures, display furniture, residual stock, signage, IT, and waste. Quoted as one commercial clearance.
Gondola shelving, wall racks, pedestals, glass cabinets, and mannequins. Heavy bolted runs are dismantled and carried from the floor. Office-style desks and seating in the same space go on the same visit.
Checkout units, custom cabinetry, and fitted shelving removed carefully to limit wall and floor damage. Heavy counters often over 100 kg are broken down on site and loaded by hand.
Wall signs, light boxes, LED panels, spotlight tracks, and external fascia. Electrical fittings are disconnected safely; electronic parts follow SENS/Swico where required.
Unsold stock, cardboard, polystyrene, and packaging sorted and removed. Reusable goods go to donation where viable; you do not pre-sort for the team.
Fitted carpets, vinyl, wall panelling, and decorative coverings removed and routed to the appropriate flooring or textile stream.
Desks, chairs, filing, and small appliances in office or prep areas cleared in the same visit. Larger IT loads can add DSG-aware data handling via office clearance when needed.

An insured team dismantles fixtures, carries all items from the premises (including upper floors), loads the vehicle, and leaves the unit broom-clean.
Materials go to donation, recycling, or licensed disposal. Written completion confirmation for landlords on request. Professional handover cleaning can follow via Züriclean in the same arrangement.
You receive a written Fixpreis before the team arrives. Photos, postcode, floor access, and fixture volume are what we need.
If contents fit in a car and you can self-deliver small volumes to a Recyclinghof (e.g. Hagenholzstrasse or Josefstrasse), drop-off may be cheaper for tiny loads. Recyclinghöfe do not organise commercial collection from the shop floor — that is when a booked clearance is the right route.
Every material from a shop clearance has a defined route. We do not run a general skip tip.

Work is done by our team or verified insured partners. Neighbouring units and fit-out surfaces are protected during removal.

A small kiosk or single-van clearance starts from around CHF 250–350. A medium retail unit (40–80 m²) typically costs CHF 700–1'100. Larger stores are priced by volume. Send photos via WhatsApp for a fixed quote, usually within the hour.
No. ERZ kerbside collection and Sperrgutmarke services apply to residential households only. Commercial premises — shops, kiosks, boutiques — must use a licensed commercial disposal company. disposal.ch handles commercial clearances directly, no ERZ involvement.
Everything: display fixtures, shelving, counters, signage, lighting, POS terminals, carpets, packaging, and residual stock. We dismantle built-in fixtures on-site. Electronic equipment is routed through SENS/Swico. Sonderabfall hazardous materials are handled separately under ChemRRV rules.
Same-day clearance is available across Zürich, subject to team availability — contact us by 10 am for best same-day scheduling. Next-day slots are reliably available. We work weekdays, evenings, and weekends to meet lease-end deadlines.
Yes — a floor surcharge of CHF 5–10 per floor above ground is applied. This is always confirmed in your quote before we arrive. There are no on-the-day surprises.
Yes. Through our sister company zuericlean.com, we arrange a professional handover clean as part of the same request. The clearance team clears; the cleaning team follows. One contact, one invoice, one broom-clean property returned to your landlord.
Metal fixtures go to metal recycling. Electronics are processed by SENS/Swico. General waste is processed at Kehrichtverwertungsanlage Hagenholz. Reusable display furniture is donated where viable. You receive written confirmation of completion.
Yes. Dumping commercial waste — including fixtures and fittings — in public spaces or communal containers carries fines of CHF 200–1'000+ in Zürich under Kanton Zürich enforcement. Licensed disposal avoids this risk entirely.
