What is the difference between disposal and clearance?
Disposal removes specific items. Clearance empties an entire space. Both can be combined.
Do you carry items down from upper floors?
Yes. We work on any floor, with or without a lift, and protect walls, floors, and door frames.
Can I book same-day or next-day collection?
In most cases, yes. We cover Zürich, Aargau, Luzern, and Zug seven days a week.
What items cannot be collected?
Asbestos, live chemicals and gases, and some contaminated materials need specialist routes. Almost everything else we collect.
How does this compare with ERZ kerbside collection?
ERZ needs a Sperrgutmarke, items outside by 7 am, and advance notice, and does not carry items from your home. We collect from any floor, on short notice, without that weight limit.
Do you recycle, or is it landfill?
Landfill is not the primary route. Usable items are donated, recyclables go to certified facilities, electronics via SENS/Swico, and only unrecoverable waste to authorised thermal processing.
Can you clear a property after a bereavement?
Yes, discreetly. You do not need to be present. Valuables are set aside before anything is removed.
