Weights, sizes, and conditions are confirmed in your written quote before we arrive.
For larger projects we clear storage rooms, lofts, apartments, offices, shops, and full properties — including coordination with letting agents and estate administrators where needed.
Every item we collect follows a defined material routing process. We sort, separate, and direct materials to the correct certified facilities — we do not tip everything into a single skip.

Clearing a flat or house after a bereavement requires discretion and patience. Our team works calmly and methodically, coordinating with family members or estate representatives when needed.
Old kitchen units, flooring, wood panelling, and renovation debris need to go before or after a project. We carry items from any floor. There is no minimum quantity.
If the property must be left clean after clearance — for a tenancy handover, for example — our sister company can provide professional end-of-tenancy cleaning under one booking.
